Emotional Intelligence at Work
(EQI-001)
Emotional Intelligence at Work offers a comprehensive learning experience for professionals to learn, practice and implement specific tools and tactics to build their emotional intelligence (EQ) in the workplace. Participants will walk away with a deeper understanding of their soft skills and those of their peers, which ultimately leads to impacting and improving their self-perception, communication, interpersonal, decision-making and stress management skills.
The course will also include a personalized EQ-i 2.0® assessment complete with a 21-page report, a highly useful tool for participants to gauge their strengths and areas for development in the context of the workplace.
The first half-day will focus on leadership implications of EQ and the 15 competencies of the EQ-i 2.0® model, while the second half-day will focus on strategies for enhancing your EQ, with tips on how to apply and integrate these concepts in your work.
Note: This course and its materials will be provided in English only. However, assessments can be administered and delivered in French and the course instructor is bilingual.

Emotional Intelligence for Leaders
(EQI-002)
Leading with Emotional Intelligence is a course specifically designed for managers and leaders in the workplace to gain a greater understanding of the impact of their emotional intelligence in their role as a leader. Participants will explore the ties between emotional intelligence and leadership, as well as how to lead their team more in a more emotionally intelligent way.
The course includes a personalized EQ-i 2.0® assessment complete with a 27-page report, where participants can see how their emotional intelligence measures up in a leadership context, as well as how their scores relate to four pillars of leadership.
The first half-day will focus on leadership implications of EQ and the 15 competencies of the EQ-i 2.0® model, while the second half-day will focus on strategies for enhancing your leadership through EQ, with tips on how to apply and integrate these concepts.

Lauren’s familiarity with the work done by public service finance professionals makes her uniquely qualified to deliver this sought-after training. In addition, she is certified to facilitate the EQ-i 2.0 model® and has already delivered emotional intelligence training to hundreds of public service finance professionals. She holds an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation from the International Coach Federation and the Professional via the Personal Coach Certification (PPCC) from Concordia University.
